Flash memory (USB flash drives, pen drives or whatever you call it) usually are connected to the USB port of our team. This represents a problem when multiple computers need to access files, as only could do one at a time. It may also be the situation we have a 12-inch MacBook, which has no USB port and therefore would not be compatible with most flash memories out there. Fortunately there is a solution for this: wireless memories, and the guys at SanDisk just announced its latest model.
|SanDisk introduces a new wireless flash memory|
Call SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick, this new memory does just what its name suggests. You can connect to it via a wireless connection, meaning that we will not need to place it in any USB port. This small can connect with a maximum of 3 teams at once, all thanks to the WiFi technology that is built. As it announced will be available in 4 different sizes: 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB finally. The cost will change depending on storage capacity, costing $ 30 the 16GB and $ 100 the largest.
Since it has WiFi technology is obvious that this memory also has a built-in battery. It is fully rechargeable and with a full load can make transfers for 4.5 hours. SanDisk has announced it will launch applications for iOS and Android and will also have to use software on Windows computers and OS X.
If for some reason do not like transfer data via WiFi, then you can connect this memory to any USB port, as it is also supported. This will work like an ordinary flash drive. The new SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick is now available through resellers like Amazon and BestBuy, but also can buy direct from the SanDisk website.
